there are things about this that i really see as impractical (like making such a system objective for Universities to judge those able and unable to join their courses), and some i just don't agree with (like letting the kids decide their targets, or letting kids rate their teachers) - but i am over the moon at the rejection of league tables based on 5+C-A* grades. i am finally seeing some thought coming from our politicians towards our education system. so, what do the people of RF think? are these reforms a good idea?
