This week, a special ceremony was held honoring two women who did what, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has proven to be almost impossible.
In 2005, Sanja Tunjic was crowned Miss Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also won the title of Miss Congeniality. The only other time this has happened in the history of the Miss Bosnia and Herzegovina pageant was in 1955, when Mira Sabanovic was crowned both Miss Bosnia and Herzegovina and Miss Congeniality as well. ![]() Mira Sabanovic - Sanja Tunjic The two women were presented with a plaque during the closing ceremonies of Sarajevo Fashion Week. A video of showing both women being crowned was also played and other women who've won Miss Congeniality performed a song and dance.
