She had her sentenced reduced by two months to celebrate indonesia's independence day! as did the female member of the Bali nine
What gets me is that these people already have been paid heaps for thier story.... and when they do get returned to this country they are going to get paid heaps more again for their story " My life in an Indo Prison"

Poor girl. It's not her fault. It's her parents that should be hung in an Indonesian prison for having such monumentally awful taste that they would name their daughter "Schapelle".

I think that shes guilty anyway so she should do the time. She didnt even show much emotion when she was convicted, if it were me I would have screamed and kicked until I bled.

I have seen graffitti of F**k the Tsunami Free Shapelle! which is so distastful that it makes me wonder what is wrong with Australians in general, are they racist or is it just arrogance.

I suppose the graffiti reinforces you view that Schapelle is guilty and that she is representative of all Australians. Duh!

That's like saying Pat Robertson makes me wonder what's wrong with Americans in general, are they gullible or just mental, or 9/11 makes me wonder if Muslims in general are just stupidly suicidal or truly murderous.
Try not to generalise based on small trivialities when you can generalise on things like how quick the general public here were to give away money to Tsunami Relief.
By the way, just because she didn't react how you would have, doesn't make her guilty...I'm pretty sure we proved with Lindy Chamberlain that 'lock her up because I don't like her lack of public displays of emotion' is a great way to screw up. I'd hate to see the crminal justice system that ran on the principle of ,'Guilty until they behave like I would.'
