The first looks like Zhang Gou Lao, cuz he is sometimes depicted by carrying that kind of box. Which is actually carrying a bamboo shoot.

The second one looks like hes carrying a fan, or its a sword. If it is a fan, he is Han Zong Li. If it is a sword, he is Lu Dong Bing.

And I know the last one is Shou Xin. The taoist "longevity" immortal.

I agree with M. Vigil that No. 3 probably is Shou Xing.
If this is correct, and the three belong to a set, they are the San Xing (Three Stars; 三星:

(1) Luxing 'the Star of Immortality', 'Star of Honour', 'Star of rank and affluence' 祿星. This god is personified by an official of the Han dynasty (206 b.c.e. - 220 c.e.), holding a wish-fulfilling scepter (ru-yi) in his hand.

(2) Fuxing 'lucky star' 福星

(3) Shouxing 'Star of longevity' 寿星. Also known as Shou-lao, he is the Chinese Taoist god of long life and luck. He has an enormously high bald head. He supports himself on a knotty staff and carries a symbol of immortality; this is usually either a peach or crane.
