Coulter calls Edwards a "***" (Latter-Day Saints, moral, homosexuality)

I wonder if she'll become a female Adolf Hitler? Fascism has been growing in the United States, quite obviously, for some time and - I mean - if it can happen in Europe in 1939, and 1991, it can happen in America in this millenium.

Keep in mind fascism doesn't just include people like Ann Coulter, fascism can describe - basically - conservative policies in several countries, including the United States, Austria, and Italy:

What was she referring to? I wonder if she was playing off the recent court case where the girl was expelled from school for saying "that's so gay" when she was being taunted by some classmates about her religion. Does anyone know?

I do believe there was a recent case where a former basketball player landed himself in hot water when he went on a tirade about how he hates gays and wouldn't want to be on a team with him. There was also some celebrity who landed in water of a similar temperature when he called someone he was working with a "***". It was probably a reference to one of those or both.

I can't believe I overlooked such an obvious pun! If only our culture associated the word "******" with "gay"... then the suggestion that she's using a derogatory word to call him gay would make sense!

Why would this affect anyone's views on Romney? Coulter is known for saying stuff like this. Anyone who this surprises really hasn't paid attention to her.

It may have been that. I thought she may have been making a point about political correctness...very poorly.
