Great info, but on mine, there are no links to click and it says the source is me.... And with tomorrow's date. How can they spoof that? I used to get, and still do to some extent, spoof email from ebay.

Where it gets dangerous is when the 'spoof' email contains a link and appears to be from your bank. Maybe they're asking you to login and update some information, but the link redirects you to a bogus site where you just gave a crook your username and password.

What I recommend people do is instead of clicking on links in email, right click and select 'View Sourse'. If you see links that don't match who you think sent the email, it is probably a spoof sent by a scam artist.

Anyway....it's a jungle out there....be safe.

I'm embarassed to say, CX that even being the incredibly cautious PayPaler that I am...I fell victim to this...I received an incredibly genuine looking e-mail asking me to update my information...and by the time I noticed that it was a scam (they asked for my ATM PIN)...it was too late...they already had my info...and I had to frantically cancel my credit cancels...
