This has a serious message behind it, but it does accurately reflects what is going on here, at the moment with property. And it is quite humourously put together.

Looks rather like Tory (conservative propaganda) Though they don't say who is backing it.

House prices have always risen and fallen... though the long term trend since Roman times has always been upward.

There is always a correction at some point, before the rise starts again.

It has nothing to do with politics, first time buyers, or single occupancy.

I do not see the point of a cartoon that states the obvious, in a way that targets a set of politicians who have had a good success in this area.
