TRUTH [digestable form?] discuss

Having gone through the various threads, find we are all going in circles each has observations which is not covering the *whole*. Starting from the beginning. Existence WAS, IS and will be. Please do not ask, who created existence as surely the mind that asks such questions was not there at the time. Existence simply means that exists eternally. Then something happened and life started to evolve and then humans appeared. The uniqueness of humans is the developed mind which *thinks* and this is the root of the problem and its own solution. When the mind stills,Time simply stops and then there is neither any past nor future only the PRESENT IS and no *I* exists only EXISTENCE SIMPLY IS and in it all questions are answered. When the mind is set in motion then man is either living in the past or the future, he becomes a divided house. Those who have understood and realised THIS by stilling there mind also understand that evolution carries on its own work endlessly and its all energy which only changes forms BUT the crux of the matter is WHERE? ENERGY creates itself . In the stillness of the mind.
Eg.
Teacher tell the student: Don’t CREATE nuisance? Did the student create it? Yes, it got created when his mind was still snd suddenly in that stillness an idea comes. Where does this idea come from? Is it out of this existence, No it is only something which is already there in existence as a seed form but only waiting for a medium to grow as a sapling, as a plant, as a tree. Man is only a medium for existence to carry on its work.
Similarly man too is energy and just a part of that *WHOLE* or universal energy. The energy in gross form is the body but each body has the part which is waves which some can see as light or hear as sound. The sound most have heard is *OM* or *AUM* and the light most have seen id *white*. However other sounds and colours too have been reported. Those who understand this gross form to be the only form gets transformed to that form as it reflects itself and those who understand that it as light or sound merge with existence itself as rebirth does not take place.
Understanding does not mean just understanding. It has to be totally realised, and form taken in life itself. One may say he is light and still pursue money or something gross fails in his karma to be that light unto himself and which dispels darkness all round as light reflects light and all around. To be realised karma or effort is the base which is by consant practice and only when the mind stills does that gross matter get dispels as the light [which it is made off] emantes out and that is the *kundalini shakti* [sanatan dharma]. Once the light [individua] merges with the universal [whole/existence/etc] then the gross part gets over and then the intensity of that individual light that the next stga eof evolution will get reflected.
This is the personal understanding.
Back to the stillness of the mind or where transformation of other matter from the environment gets picked up and germinates and uses its own energy to push itself outside and lives till that sustainable energy within the body remains but again where it ends it remains still as no-forms. Similarly the still mind again gets refelcted in the BALCK wholes where the energy [other mass] around gets sucked in due to that stillness and takes form to be pushed out as forms [mass].
Evolution has brought humans and out of them few have realised the TRUTH and the have stilled their minds [thoughts] to be in their real true form which is light and merged with it. BUT, evolution is surely carrying on and those lights getting reflected in other manners in another world which some has labeled *astral world*.
Thos who have become light and merged has tried to put this truth in words and get the message across through stories, and other ways each reflecting truth in various ways. For the understanding of the people around them. For this reason we find a mismatch between differences in approach by various enlightened men or those who have realised that IT simply IS.

What is the ultimate realization? There is no journey that will take you to where you want to be. There is no path that will lead you to enlightenment. Once the mind is freed of all wandering thoughts, the realization is clear. We are already exactly where we need to be. We ARE One, we ARE Whole, we ARE enlightened. There is no destination save for the moment. The here-now, that is our destination.

I like moving to become still.
I find my mind can be all over the place on a calm day, but outside in a storm, walking (I'd rather be surfing or climbing ) I often find internal stillness.

Yes, in that internal stillness *you* are no more, maybe you would find an observer but eventually the observer and the observed will be one in UNITY.
