There is a quotation that I like but always forget the exact wording. It probably goes nothing like this:

"People first looked to the skies for a God that was up there. When we breached the heavens, we instead turned to a God that was out there, residing in those places where science still could not take us. One day when technology takes away all of those hiding places, we will finally turn to the God that is in here."
