How many RF pagans used to be Christians?

I was raised Methodist. Though the first time I every went to Church was after my father died. I personally got nothing from it. Though I still went for my mom(she didn't make me I just went because she's my mom and all). Even when I moved to Nebraska I went to FCA meetings. It wasn't in till I went to Job Corp at 19 that I found Paganism and got into it(and Magic though it's not necessarily part of Paganism). And found that it made more sense to me and what I already felt to be right to me deep in side.

Former eclectic Christian?? lol My parents had strange ideas about Christianity and I was raised outside of any church environment. My childhood has a lot in common with Baptists, Quakers, Seven Day Adventists and Messianic Jews but still a Protestant world view. Yeah; what a miss mash. And getting baptized in my early 20's led me right out of Christianity and onto a very different path.

It wasn't that Christianity turned me off, it was that it wasn't a good fit for me. There was too much that I just didn't believe in, no matter how much I tried to, and I did try.

i am a former evangelical. the specific people in my church really upset me over the issue of homosexuality, and the other churches i looked at were no better.
so i looked elsewhere, and have never regretted it.
