Is The God of Righteousness An Atheist?
Do you think that God believes in Mortal Man...male or female? Do you Believe that God will follow the way, truth and light of Mortals...or do you think that The God of Righteousness is Atheist in relationship to Mortal Creation? Does God believe, honor, respect...or... have any faith in any one of you?

I'm not sure I understand the question... Of course I don't believe in God, so I couldn't really answer any question about what I think of him/her/it as an entity.
At any rate, my responding to this thread will bump it, so maybe someone else might see it and be able to answer your question.

Faith in God is not distinguishable from faith in my 'self'. If there is an entity God, I could rightly assume that's also true for God.

Having faith in yourself means you need to rely on your own abilities.
We pray in faith to god. He doesnt pray to us.
