Well, I already replied, but perhaps the reason why other people aren't is because they've already explained their beliefs too much and are sick of it maybe?? I know I made a whole thread a while ago explaining my beliefs.

The problem is (at least for me personally) it is very difficult to sum up my beliefs in one paragraph, and may also be difficult to put into words.

I believe each of us has a destiny, and are here in this world to do what we're meant to do. I believe that this what gives our lives true meaning, and though we do not know what to do until the moment we have to do it, that does not lessen the greatness of it. I do not believe that any artificial, mind-made form of determinism, call it "Fate", "Karma" or "God's Will", takes precendence or has any power over choice, or the one who chooses. I believe logic, reason and rationale in balance with intuition and emotion are the tools which enable us to function and act decisively as individuals and collectives. I do not believe there exists an actually entity that meets any intellectual description of what we call "God" seperate from the one that might precieve a higher intelligence. I believe transcendence begins and ends within. I believe the true ineffable mystery is not the divine Other that is postulated by the mind, but the essence of our own souls. I believe Truth, Reality and Selfhood are things we only need realize we already have, though that may be the most difficult thing imaginable in this world.
