Who would you follow (Creator, myth, God, Lord)

Okay so there not "real" Gods but being a Lovecraft fan and after reading Donald Tysons Necronomicon I got this idea(most based on Tysons version). Anyone can and answer. Which of the 7 Great Old One would you follow.(note it's fast and easier to give link with info on them).

Yig: The Father Serpent

Yog-Sothoth: The Lurker at the Threshold, The Key and the Gate, The Beyond One, Opener of the Way, The All-in-One and the One-in-All

Cthulhu: He who lies dead but dreaming

Azathoth: The Blind Idiot God, Nuclear Chaos, the Daemon Sultan

Shub-Niggurath: The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young

Nyarlathotep: The Crawling Chaos

Dagon: Father of the Deep Ones



For me it's Nyarlathotep.

Yog-Sothoth, The Gate and Key. There is something particularly spiffy about lurking between the folds of time and space. You're missing the King in Yellow, which I would have chosen if it was an option.

Azathoth would win... if only because he's the creator deity of the Mythos.

Though I am not familiar with Lovecrafts character , I remember the Order of Dagon in an episode of Buffy the vampire slayer, they held the key that would destroy the God Glory.

But Lord Nyarlathotep is the only one that can real do anything to him. Azathoth may be the creator but his brother Nyarlathotep is the Destroyer.

I love both Cthulhu and Dagon, but having to choose I'll choose Dagon because of the history behind him. He has a cool name too.

Dagon is in the Hebrew scriptures and in John Milton's poems. In the book of Samuel Dagon's statue's hands and head (his human form) are cut off and "only Dagon is left" (the fish form).

I don't know anything about them, but Yog-Sothoth sounds like the one I would follow.
