Yog-Sothoth just seems to represent transcendence of space and time, which to me dont sounds all that bad

Pfft, Nyarlathotep is the personified soul of the Outer Gods, the creatures that eternally dance and praise before the throne of Azathoth, he is not Azathoth's brother but his eternal servant.

I'd go for Shub-Niggurath, she served the Fungi from Yuggoth well enough.
