Default Will Latter Day Saints Have to Change Their Name?
If the Earth lasts for another 10,000 years and the Mormon sect is still around at that point, could they still be called "Latter Day" Saints?

It's "latter day" because this is the last dispensation. Even if this dispensation lasts for 1 million years, it will still be the last one, and therefore these will always be the latter days (no matter how long they last).

Mormons all believe the earth will last another 10,000 years. We think it will last forever in fact, since we believe this earth will become Heaven.

The latter-day stuff is referring to the time just before when Christ will return and whether just before means 10 years or 310 years we don't know.
