Default The worlds opinion of Jesus

Matt 16:13- When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?And they said, Some [say that thou art] John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed [it] unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Luke 9:19- They answering said, John the Baptist; but some [say], Elias; and others [say], that one of the old prophets is risen again. He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God. And he straitly charged them, and commanded [them] to tell no man that thing;

When I was reading these verses I realized that people still have the same attitude about Jesus. Although most people in America don’t believe in reincarnation they still see Jesus the same way. First of all some thought he was John the Baptist- John the Baptist was just a man but was famous for his righteousness, even Jesus said among those born of women there is not a greater prophet, although he did no miracles. Most people will say that Jesus was a righteous and a wise person. Other thought he was Elias (Elijah) who was a powerful prophet and did many miracles, many people think of Jesus as a reincarnation of some past miracle worker. Or others Jeremiah who was a prophet that cried against an evil kingdom but almost no one heard him. And then there are those like Peter who say he is the Christ the Son of the living God.

Default Muslims believe in jesus

Sonic247, Take this God words in the holy Qura'an to know muslims opinion of jesus:

[19:35] It does not befit GOD that He begets a son, be He glorified. To have anything done, He simply says to it, "Be," and it is.

[5:75] The Messiah, son of Mary, is no more than a messenger like the messengers before him, and his mother was a saint. Both of them used to eat the food. Note how we explain the revelations for them, and note how they still deviate!

[19:30] (The infant(Jesus) spoke and) said, "I am a servant of GOD. He has given me the scripture, and has appointed me a prophet.
[19:31] "He made me blessed wherever I go, and enjoined me to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat) for as long as I live.
[19:32] "I am to honor my mother; He did not make me a disobedient rebel. [19:33] And peace be upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I get resurrected."
