Druids probably prefered wool over satin. Wool was readily available. As for the modern Druid I am under the assumption that the majority would prefer cotton, but maybe I am wrong and modern Druids just go for that satin feel.

No Doompa, Druidism is not linked to Satanism, but, it is linked (albeit in a small way) to Luciferism. The Roman Catholic Church personified Satan, and when they did, they chose parts of pagan Gods to be part of him (in order to make pagan Gods appear more evil). Part of Satan is taken from Cernunnos, or "The Horned One", who is the Druidic God of the Woods and Animals. He is also known in several other religions.

What gave you the idea that Druidry is related to Satanism?
