You describe homosexuality as something that can't be helped. Do you feel that if it could be helped, it should be? Why do you feel that it is something that needs help (even if it can't get it) as opposed to your attraction to females?
|
Well, I think people should do what makes them happy. If someone is happy being with someone of the same sex, that's fine. I think it should be socially acceptable, but not socially influenced. As far is whether can control their urges as far as female and male attraction goes, aka bisexuals, I think they just enjoy the orgasm, and don't really care how they achieve it. I can't help my attraction to females, and couldn't even consider having any kind of affection act with another male, so I don't except gays to do so with the opposite sex.
What do you mean by needing help?

You describe homosexuality as a genetic defect. What do you see as the difference between defective and non-defective genetics?

This is quite a touchy subject, and somewhat in the air for me. I can't really describe my feelings 100% accurately. I think a genetic defect is a problem that is a core of your person and can't be helped. Homosexuality, retardation, heavy obesity, mentally handicaps like extreme depression, schizo, multiple personality desorder, things of that nature.
