Does your faith use the Apostles' Creed or the Nicene Creed or both or any other creed.

Neither... but then although our theological and historical roots come from Christianity, most do not consider us Christian anymore, even ourselves.

I am not considered a Christian by creed-based churches because I am a pluralistic universalist. So no, I don't really adhere to a creed.

We don't specifically use them (Baptist Union of Great Britain), although I think they are there somewhere, as part of our ecumenical stance.

Negative... I only use the Bible to discover what made the NT church what it was and to determine my core values. All else is merely man's opinion.

My faith uses the Nicene Creed (without the filioque and with a few other differences with the Western version).
We tend to believe the Nicene Creed is a better tool than the Apostle's Creed, so we tend to use it (that and it's not native to us).
