What does being a "servant of God" (Titus 1:1) entail to you? |

I think that the story in John about when Jesus washed His disciples feet is a great example. I don't mean that we should literally wash each other's feet, but to be a servant to each other. I think it also means to be humble. For instance, most people seem to like it better when a person has beauty, great intelligent, or some great talent but are not vain about it or knows that having those things doesn't make one better.
Jesus was better than all His disciples combined, and yet He washed their feet. No one who calls Jesus their savior should think they are too good to wait upon someone who they believe below them. There is no place for vanity in Christianity. |

How does a Christian become humble? |

A Christian becomes humble by understanding that God is greater than he/she is. Also, a Christian will understand that any person at all can be saved and that it doesn't matter how long you are saved, 50 minutes or 50 years, the reward is the same. Recall that parable that Jesus told about the vineyard workers who all got the same payment for different amounts of work.

Being a servant of God means helping other people, doing good deeds, praying...

That is good, Armannd. From reading the New Testament I get that we serve God by serving others (such as the orphans and widows).
You hit it right on the head. |

so then who are christs brothers ? because it seems from the bible that to be a sheep who will inherit everlasting life, we would have to help christs brothers , which to me would mean that christs brothers are already christians . but some people refuse to help christs brothers in a spiritual way , even refusing to accept that they are christs brothers at all.
"When the Son of man arrives in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious throne. And all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left." In this parable, Jesus showed that those thus given attention by the King would be judged on the basis of how they dealt with his "brothers." (Matthew 25:31-46) Who are these brothers? They are spirit-begotten Christians who are therefore "God’s sons." Jesus is God’s firstborn Son. Hence, they are Christ’s brothers. They are "the slaves of our God" mentioned at Revelation 7:3, the ones chosen from among humankind to share with Christ in his heavenly Kingdom.—Romans 8:14-17. so then , recognizing and helping christs brothers is the way to go , because it will lead to everlasting life . but many who are in opposition to christs brothers ,try to lead people away from christs brothers , and slander them , and the true God and Jesus christs eyes are roving around all the earth and examining all men , as to if they are doing good or bad to christs brothers . and the ones who are doing bad to christs brothers know just who they are , and so do Jehovah and Jesus christ . and i am glad that it will only be Jehovah and Jesus christ who will have the final say . because they can read hearts as to if a person is wicked or not. |
