Why do so many people throw out the bible and say, "It's imperfect because man wrote it and therefore there is nothing to be learned from it." I can't stand that kind of close-minded thinking. Sure, not only are people able to make mistakes but the languages that the bible is written in also is not perfect. What is the basic idea behind the bible? Ask that question when you go through it and don't try to contrive some massive meaning from a small portion of the bible. Be the best, selfless, loving person you can and the bible will become a step stool, not a complete guide on, "How to create a perfect human being".
