Default Some questions regarding the end of times

Hello,

I am currently doing some research for a screenplay and I am seeking out as much information from many different sources as I can. I have some questions and I would really appreciate answers accurate to the general views of Christians.

Is it true that the end of times will begin with Jesus Christ coming back?

Is the form of his return specific, I mean, is it written he will come back as himself and be known as Jesus?

What/ where is a good place to learn about the sequence of events of the end? I assume The Bible, but specific passages would be appreciated.

Any other information that you feel may be useful pertaining to these topics would also be appreciated. If this is the wrong section, or this is an inappropriate topic, please let me know. I thank you for your time reading this, and I thank you for the responses which I will hopefully receive.

Acording to the bible and bible prophecy ,we have been living in what the bible calls (the last days) since 1914 , the last days of man ruling himself independent of God started in 1914 . the bible speaks about (the Lords day) (revelation 1;10)and this Lords day started in 1914 because that was the time that Jesus was made king of Gods heavenly kingdom goverment in the heavens,so Jesus will not come back in the flesh as a human king , but he is now a king in the heavens directing true christians on the earth . so i will leave it upto you to find out who true christians are. Daniel 2;44 speaks about the heavenly goverment that will do away with manmade goverments, this goverment was set up in the heavens in 1914 but the time to put manmade goverments out of action is yet to happen at Armaggedon(revelation 16;14-16)....(revelation 17;14)( revelation 19;19-21) if you want to know more about bible prophecy and the 1914 date, find out from those who are making it known , best to go to the official website, i will leave it up to you to find out because on this forum here i am not allowed to give you the web address

biblical reference for what? do you mean the signs that Jesus left us to indicate that we are in the last days or maybe it is better to say
(The Conclusion of the System of Things ),because that is what the last days are the conclusion of a system of things

if so here are some
The Bible describes events and conditions that mark this significant time period. "The sign" is a composite one made up of many evidences; thus its fulfillment requires that all aspects of the sign be clearly in evidence during one generation. The various aspects of the sign are recorded at Matthew chapters 24, 25, Mark 13, and Luke 21; there are further details at 2 Timothy 3:1-5, 2 Peter 3:3, 4, and Revelation 6:1-8. when Jesus speaks of generation he is refering to a certain generation of people who display certain attitudes and ways , it does not refer to a lengh of time , but just as back in Jesus day the generation of people around at that time did not recognize Jesus as Gods son ,it is the same now, it is a generation of people who do not recognize his kingship in the heavens, they do not have the eye of understanding

And with many other words he (peter)bore thorough witness and kept exhorting them, saying: "Get saved from this crooked generation.

just as the apostle Peter urged on the day of Pentecost, repent and "get saved from this crooked generation."—Acts 2:40.

Peter was speaking about the unbelieving Jews of that periodwho had been exposed to Jesus’ teaching, had seen or heard of his miracles, and had not accepted him as Messiah it is the same now all the signs are there but the masses as a whole do not recognise any of them , and certainly do not recognize that Jesus was made king of Gods kingdom in the heavens in 1914 .yes it certainly is a crooked generation

(Philippians 2:15) that YOU may come to be blameless and innocent, children of God without a blemish in among a crooked and twisted generation, among whom YOU are shining as illuminators in the world
