Actually what did they all eat? Was it just bread and wine or was there fish and other stuff?

Lk 22:11: "...Where is the guestchamber where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?" I find it certain that he ate from the lamb. That was so obvious, almost by definition, that there was no need to mention it.
