You make a good point. There was a time when teachers looked like teachers. Now they wear those cutesy velour sweat suits and tennis shoes. There was a time when bankers looked like bankers. Now they look like the same golf-enthusiast businessmen who are their clients. There was a time when nurses looked like nurses. Now they wear the same baggy scrubs as the surgeons do. Why do we all have to be grey? Can there be no more professionalism in our manner of dress?
