Default Omniscient/Omnipotent
Where in the Bible are there passages that back up these 2 claims about God. I know there are things which imply omniscience, for example God knowing you before you are born, but this doesn't explicitly state his omniscience and I was wondering if there were any places where it did.

Furthermore, if there are seperate passages in both the Old Testament and New Testament then even better .
