Who order/ask Cain and Abel to sacrifice to God ??

I want to know who (told , order, learn ) Cain and Abel to sacrifice to God ??? God him self order them ???
or their parents order them to sacrifice to God ??? because both of them sacrificed and at the same time , some one taugh them , or order them .... then God accept sacrifice of Abel ,rejected of Cain
