Why Jesus? (Jesus Christ, Earth, tradition, beliefs, followers)

The world is a mixture of many religions where each follows its own beliefs and traditions. Christianity is one of them with arguably the largest number of followers.
Jesus of Nazareth or Jesus Christ is the central body of the religion to be put faith upon by millions. But, why Jesus?
History beckons of men of similar fortitude and forgiveness. And unlike Jesus, a mere carpenter by profession, many of them have been either kings or some highly influencing public figures. So, Why Jesus?
Probably the answer lies in his earthy life and yet being a manifestation of Godly excellence. A simple man with superior ability to act for the betterment of all, he epitomized sacrifice, love and compassion for all alike.
In spite of his divine abilities, he remained in touch with the minimum – be it in his lifestyle, communication with people of any political importance, or simple words of speech. He stood up against everything which he felt was unjust and spread the message of love in a simple language.
Probably it is his success to remain a simple common man in spite of being an embodiment of love and exceptional will that made it easy for people all around the world to relate them to this man.
The human being, the son of god!
