Quakerism is one of the few Christian denominations I have studied in some depth so no doubt more than a bit as rubbed off on to me

There may be around this one I suppose. If you feel like you wish some form of initiation into your religion, as a CW, then you are more likely to find a coven that will either be CW (very rare) or at least willing to provide for you even if they aren't CW themselves than trying to find a Church. You might like to try and put the baptism ritual into the year and a day initiation process somehow.
