I have looked up the article. I still don't quite understand where it came from in terms of theological beginnings, and how its beginnings have impacted on the current doctrine of the church.

I don't understand all these terms; like eg Anglican, Methodist...

Maybe someone could help me? It is the denomination to which I belong.
