I'm intrigued as to why you're lumping us together with the Church of England. I see little to no connection at all (apart from C.S. Lewis, who was practically Orthodox in all but name) and certainly we have almost nothing in common in the area addressed by your questions, but I will answer them nonetheless.

That it, like all of creation, is good but that it is reserved for marriage. It is not solely for procreation and is not inherently sinful (as some western Christians would claim) and in fact married people have a duty to provide for the needs of their spouses according to the teaching of the Church.

No. Both of these things are sins that would have to be confessed. They are seen as abuses of the sexual urge just as gluttony would be an abuse of the urge to eat. Indulging the passions in general is seen as leading to sin in Orthodoxy - it is a very ascetic faith.

Yes and no. Depends on who you mean by clergy. Deacons may marry after ordination. No higher clergy may. Priests may not marry, but married men may be ordained priests. Bishops are, by tradition, selected from amongst the celibate clergy (either monastics or widowers) because that is considered to be better for the Church (given the demands of the bishop's job) but it is not doctrine.
