There are a number of books that I enjoy and find informative, but I fear that I'm not sure how historically factual they are. (They tend to be esoteric works.) Is there a certain 'branch' of Celtic mythology that you're especially interested in? (Welsh, Gaelic, Irish, Pictish?)

I'm particularly interested in Welsh and Irish mythoogy and how the otherworlds are presented there I would like to know what kind of books you find informative, any information would be great. The only thing is that, because it is MA thesis, the sources I use should be at least to some extnd based on relyable, historical research. But I will appreciate anything that could help me to get a picture of the Celtic Otherworld

Hi rhiannon!

You might try the following links that look as if they are authoritative; a couple of them have links to other sites.........
