the vatican can alter roman catholic beleifs as and when it wishes, so its not surprising ,just in case we find some kind of life out there that are preparing for it. if they can do away with Limbo they can admit to the possibility of life in the huge expanse of space , they would be fools not to

I don't understand how the pope it infallable on matters of faith, yet he's alowed to contradict previous popes...

And I'm sorry, but I have to say it... if there are aliens as advanced (or more so) than us, then the bible isn't worth the paper it's written on. You can say it doesn't contradict anything, but it contradicts it all! It changes everything completely.

i agree it would be a big problem if we encountered thetans they had the atomic bomb 75million years ago they are going to think we are a bunch of hairless apes.

I don't see how anyone here could answer that question, we'll have to wait until we encounter an alien species and compare religions.

man twisted scripture when the age of enlightment came to justify our abuse of resourse on earth,we kill for fur for money,life for profit,extinct animals and dead land is not what he intended im sure!if man keeps acting like a virus we will meat an end just like the dinosaurs!were the second atempt on earth,the first where to big and clumsy,than bang,new start more complex,we have no dominion we are guests who abuse our enviroments,only kill to eat,not kill for plesure,hunting was a nececity turned into waste
