I want to read the Old Testament Deuterocanonical books, but I do not know which Bible to buy. Which is the best Catholic Bible on the market?

You don't necessarily need a Catholic Bible. You can get an ecumenical edition of the New Revised Standard Version that will have all the books Catholics accept and also the books accepted by the Orthodox but not by the Catholics.
However, both the New American Bible and the New Jerusalem Bible are excellent. The NJB renders the Hebrew names of God "Yahweh" instead of "the Lord," and that bugs some people, but it's not an issue with the deuterocanonicals, anyway, since they're not translated from Hebrew.

So the New Revised Standard Version has more apocryphal books than the RSV-CE?

No Catholic bible has any apocryphal books. There are certain books such as Tobit or Judith that Protestants call "apocrypha", but things like The Gospel of Judas are never found in Catholic bibles.

1) Standard edition -- just the Protestant canon. 2) Catholic edition -- contains the complete Roman Catholic canon. 3) NRSV With the Apocryphal/Deuterocanonical Books -- contains the complete Orthodox canon. Number 3 has everything number 2 has, plus two additional books of Esdras (Ezra), the Prayer of Manasseh, Psalm 151, and 3 and 4 Maccabees.

Catholics would not be discomfited if they were presented by an Orthodox Bible. I myself get by on the KJV, since my apologetics work is with Protestants who accept only 66 books, and not the deuts.

The NRSV is an update of RSV. The Oxford Annotated Bible (NRSV, with Apocrypha) contains deuterocanonical books that the Catholic Bible exludes.

The best Catholic Bible is the Douay Rheims. As declared by the Council of Trent the Vulgate [St. Jerome's Latin Bible] is the official Bible of the Church and the English Translation of that Bible is the Douay Rheims.
Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible with Search, Holy Scriptures.
