Hi, I have two questions to ask
1) How was Buddha Born and is it true when he was born a tree branch or tree bent over for his mother to hold onto? 2) What is the heart of Buddha / Buddhism? |

1) One version, the "Buddhacarita", says that she, in the grove of Lumbini, "... proceeded to a couch overspread with an awning." In another version, which you will often see in paintings, she holds on to a tree branch. I have seen no mentioning of that it was bent by itself. In both versions, the Buddha emerges, cleanly, from her side.
2) Please explain what you mean by your question.
