That depends on what you mean by spiritual, though, and what your vision of Buddhism is.

I think I might be more comfortable describing "my" Buddhism -- that is, what I understand and appreciate about Buddhism -- as psychological or philosophical rather than spiritual.

IMO, it's more of an intellectual movement than a religion so I chose the philosophy option.

I don't view it as a religion, but as a philosophy-psychology. Religions provide an Ultimate Ground deemed by the believer to be of supreme to himself and all mankind.
