Who is righteous?

The Bible says that there are none righteous, no, not one; Is there a way where we can obtain righteousness? The Bible says all have sinned so does this mean that God is saying both the Jew and the Gentiles and can they both obtain righteousness?

I'm aware of that passage, and yet elsewhere in the Bible, people are referred to as being "righteous." I think it's a matter of degree.

Sure, I think God loves both the Jew and the Gentile and both can obtain righteousness.
