Roman Catholics are less Christain compared to LDS? (punishment, gospel)

Oh, I see that ***_bigd has decided to spread the love around. Too bad he didn't start I poll. I would have voted that Catholics are Christians. I wonder if ***_bigd every stopped to consider the fact that Christianity would have ceased to exist two thousand years ago were it not for the Catholics.

D&C 131:

Are you sayinh he is a respecter of persons? biblical doctrine says this:

Romans 2:13-15

"For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous."

Who are righteous? as general rule those who obey the law.

"(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.)"

Verses 14-15 provides for an exception for those people who, by valid circumstances are not able to hear the gospel.

What happens to those people who do not know the law, but follows the law in hearts by way of their conscience? That law that is in their hearts will be the law that they will be subject to.

God's perfect Justice.


Deuteronomy 1:17
Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

God, being a jsut God will hear the small as well as the great....

I don't understand what you are getting at.

You believe that the Sky is Blue right? okay well there are some people who say the sky is a different color because that is what they believe, but yet It is still the same Sky.

do you see how this could relate to Jesus Christ?

Say for instance You believe Jesus is Black, I believe he is white, But it's the same person we are talking about, the same miracles accounted for by this individual, but only one of us is right about his true nature.

The point is if i say George washington is green and has three arms, and the real george washington is white and has curly hair. The former is false.

The former is to an extent LESS factual than the latter.

Anyway, since you are so interested in finding fault with every flavor of Christianity other than your own, and since you believe all truth is found within the Bible, it would probably be helpful to the uninformed majority if you were to share with us the Bible's definition of the word "Christian." That way, we can all be more precise in our finger-pointing.

The first Christians were those who followed the apostles and the teachings of christs. they are the members of the Church of God at Corinth, galatia. etal.
