No.
The Bible quite clearly states: "With God all things are possible".

How can we know whether or not anything is possible for God? If things in the world look dire and the suffering is great, believers say that God could do something about it but chooses not to. If there is a miracle and people are saved from crisis and suffering, believers say what a wonderful God that there is above and how he doesn't want anyone to suffer. It is like everything is a game to their God. He is never consistent with things. One minute he is a God that ends suffering. The next, he is the God that brings punishment and suffering to those that would seem to not deserve such a thing. So for me the question is not even valid. There are MANY people that have earnestly prayed that God would take some hideous suffering away from them, only to die or suffer even more. Is God not willing? Unable? Excuse me if I come across as bashing God, but someone wake him up from his rest. There are people that are honestly calling out for his help. And he seems to be either unable to help or oblivious to their pain.

It is impossible for the God available to one person's mind to comprehend immediately the God in the mind of another.

God, in nature, is without limits, so in my mind to say that there are some things he can't do is to believe in an entirely dumbed-down god.
There's the logical fallacy that because God gives us free will, he is incapable of breaking it. The difference is that God COULD violate our free will but chooses not to do so. Or a greater skeptic might point at natural disasters and say that God would be incapable of stopping them, otherwise he would have done so. Again, this is God choosing not to intervene. I think the reason for THIS 'limitation' is that God views nature as perfect, a creation without flaw. If sin somehow exposed mankind to death and disease, throwing off the world's balance, wouldn't God intervening and changing it be like admitting that he'd made a mistake? And if God makes mistakes, then he is imperfect. Imperfection is, in my mind, a REAL limitation. So the question is: if nothing is impossible for God, can He make mistakes?
