You choose Jesus or Jesus chooses you? (reject, beliefs, soul)

If Jesus is "the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world," then at what point do some people abide in a place where that grace is not felt? If Christ is seen as the savior of humanity, how can some have "not heard?" When will they hear, and when will they be responsible? Perhaps they just hear differently...

I think there are people who choose not to believe something, whether it is denial or because they disagree with the premise. I choose to believe in God, where someone may choose not to believe.....How is that not a conscious decision?

I think if it were a conscious decision, you would be able to simply choose otherwise at will.

For example, can you, Charity, choose not to believe in God, given that you now believe? Could you, even for a moment really become an atheist? Or could you, Charity, really choose to believe that Zeus is the real God instead of the one you believe in now? I don't see how that's possible if your beliefs are deeply held. I don't think you can simply will them to suddenly be different with a conscious decision.

I am sure there are some people who have yet to hear the gospel....They may have heard about it, but have never really heard it for themselves for whatever reason......For those that have, then they can accept or reject the belief. That is for each person to work out....I personally am a believer, but I can't push my belief on others.....I probably have won as many people to my belief as the preacher who constantly persists in ranting, and resorts to strong arm tactics....When they want to talk to me about religion, I will answer as best I can. If they don't bring up the subject I don't bring it up to them, because I figure they aren't ready to engage in that subject or they don't want to hear it..............I wait for the Holy Spirit to lead.
