I knew someone would misread that...and I never said it was the original Hebrew text, but basically the original Hebrew text, but with some alterations, missing chapters, verses, words, etc.....
I'm well aware of what the Masoretic text is and how it came about...
Joseph Smith has confirmed, through revelation, that the King James is the closest thing we have to the original Hebrew and Greek texts translated into English, other than his inspired version of the King James, with all the missing chapters, verses, words and alterations restored to their original Hebrew and Greek texts translated into English..
