What in your view are the differences? Or are there any?

I think it would be silly to imagine the Kingdom of Heaven without God in it so it has to be at least part of God's Kingdom which is, has to be, all-inclusive. And I guess we could describe the Kingdom of God as being that which includes heaven, and includes all of creation.
Then we could ask, what is NOT in the Kingdom of Heaven, yet IS within the Kingdom of God? I don't think we are in the Kingdom of Heaven, but I do think we are in the Kingdom of God. But I'm open to correction if my thinking is wrong. whew. Did that make sense? ow...(*brain ache*)

Several times in the Gospels the two phrases are used interchageably, seeming to make it quite clear that they are the same. Only Matthew uses the phrase "Kingdom of Heaven" (lit. "from the heavens"), the other Gospel writers don't. When Matthew writes of the Kingdom of Heaven, several times you can find the parallel story in Mark or Luke where the exact same story is told with the exception that "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew is replaced by "Kingdom of God" in one of the other two.
