Yasin, do you believe that Jesus did not die? Ever? I've talked to some Muslims who do. It seems to me like an odd belief, though not any more odd than the belief that Enoch and Elijah didn't die.

removing ignorance is only usefull to understanding the truth
Did He really die ? The real question is " Can you kill Divinity " ? Obviously not, but i already know that you deny His Divine Nature and nothing anyone can say would make a difference to your position, correct ? |

Jesus died and was resurrected according to 1st century writers and historians. The Quran evolved in the 7th century and begs to differ from that school of thought. Why?

He died if you believe the Bible. On the other hand if you just want to make it up as you go along......

I reject Jesus (pbuh) being Divine on the basis of the Quran, which is natural , but that means nothing to you, which is natural again, but i have reasons to believe that i can produce proves on such a notion even outside of Islam. Respectively, Yasin ![]() |

Yes, Jesus did die according to the Bible. He had to die. It was on the basis of his sacraficial death that humans have the basis for reconsiliation to God and the hope to inherit what original sin took away: everlasting life and a relationship with God. He wasn't dead long. Three days only. He was resurrected and is alive now. Isn't that what your holy book means when it says that "Allah raised him up unto himself"? He could not have raised flesh and blood to him but a spirit, right? That is why he is alive and can offer judgment.
