Listen, you are convinced you know the truth right? Just suppose I also was convinced that I knew the truth. How far would I get in convincing you if I walked up to you and based every single argument around that fact, that I knew it to be the truth and therefore it could not be wrong? Similarly how far do you think you are going to get when doing the same to other people?

I have not read your views on women but if they are rooted in scripture then I'm sure they can't be vastly different from my own, that of equality as is made clear time and time again throughout the Bible.

So who do you follow again, Jesus and his Father, or Paul who lived in a very shovinistic period in time?

I do not think Jesus was any taller than any other man for his time. He would had to have appeared normal to know his true followers. I mean if he was 10 feet tall I doubt there would have been quite as much controversy over whether he was devine or not. People would have accepted his story alot easier then... I think. I hope that was a serious enough answer for you. Now just as a side note I am curious ... what is your "stance" on women njcl? Keeping in mind that you opened yourself to this question and the comments that could come with your responce. I mean I will not hold it against you whatever that stance is, just curious and also I guess you could refuse to say.

generally i avoid non christian women as we do not hit it off but christian women of whom i hope i see in the future i love and respect and woe betide any filth of this world trying to attack/abuse/beguile/ any belonging to the christ as they will be duly punished

Good come back, way to save yourself there. But in regards to what Paul said. I am a woman, I believe Jesus is the light and the way, and I am ordained as a minister . So much for keeping us quite in the church.

And Jesus is really, big.
