Day of Silence (homosexuality, hell, bible, marriage, sexuality)

About two weeks ago my high school held "The Day of Silence." In my town live many rich conservative people, they are also very very religious. I gladly participated sience i do beleive in gay rights and marriage. Last year a boy thaught it would send message by wearing a t-shirt with a bible verse taped on it. It said something like "God condemns homosexuality" and "If a man lies with a man he goes to hell" or something like that. These were real verses and he sued the school for not supporting his beleif. This year two of my close friends were harrassed and beatin for their sexual preference! The two boys who hurt them were sued and put in jail! I just dont get how gays or gay supporters being silent for a day can enrage someone to that level. Also, i thaught god accepted anyone who was loyal to him? Doesnt god love everyone?

God does love everyone. And so should we. The only thing that we should hate is sin. That is what God hates about all of us.
