"The Scriptures declare, `My Temple will be called a place of prayer for all nations,' but you have turned it into a den of thieves." Mark 11:17

Jesus invades the Temple. This was to be a place of prayer. This place was to open to all the nations. This place wasn't about making a profit off people seeking God. This place wasn't about merchandising the grace of God
I still fail to see anything against organized religion.

Jesus never said to worship him, but the Father. Jesus never said to display his dead body on a cross for worship. He never said 'make statues of my mother', this is idolatry.
Jesus accepted worship, even angels when worshipped told the people to stop.

No one worships the cross, not that I know of at least. It is a memorial, we place it up to constantly remind us of the sacrifice Jesus made.

This is an arguement you will have to make with a member of the Roman Catholic/Orthodox Church.

Christianity is not the puppet of science.
Ok sorry for the misunderstanding. The first Beast is usually called the Anti-Christ.

It is the puppet of organized religion (the first beast).
Just how do you define Organized religion? You make it sound like an entity of its own. Anyway there are many un-organized christians, generalizing Christianity takes in ALOT.

I'm saying that Satan will use it against us.
Satan will use anything he can. I have no doubt that some "christians" and "christian" organizations are his tools.

Matthew 4:10 Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: `Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'"

John 5:19 Jesus gave them this answer: "I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

Deut.5:8)You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 9)you shall not bow down to them or serve them;

Through the images which we kiss...or bend the knee, adore Christ and venerate the saints, whom they represent. This is putting someone before God.

Here is a site that explains my view on this. Who or What Is—The Antichrist? In explaining the Woman who rides the beast. It is explained that 'woman' is a symbol for 'church'. This site explains much more than that.

Again, the above site explains this better than I can. I can't believe I just found this site. I have always read that the beast was 'governments'. The idea of the beast being religion was something that came to me, independant of anything I had ever heard. Now I know I am not the only one.

Actually people are the tools. And many people can be lethal. All I'm trying to say is this:
The Devil's in the Details.

ES,
I'll have to go looking for a site I found awhile back which proposed that the beast was actually the secular government and the woman was a symbol of the churches who rode on the back of this government...the one world religion approach, I guess. I'll see if I can find it and post the link.

This is the interpretation I had always heard of, I'm sure you can find many links because it has been decribed as such for a long time, and accepted by many. I do not know why I came up with this alternate idea. I think it had to do with the fact that one of the heads of the first beast that had the sword-stroke and yet revived. Jesus was cut with as proof that he was dead, then lived again. And it makes boastful claims to be the only one able to bring peace and security to mankind. Religion is the only place I have seen these kind of claims made.

It was a spear, not a sword.
