Exclamation Shabbat Day question?

Where does the bible give authority to worship on sunday compared to the original day saturday being the 7th day of the week.

Exodus 12:12-17 makes clear sabbath instruction

Also, Dueteronomy 5 speaks of the ten commandments the 4th commandment is to keep the shabbat day holy, as a promise to Abraham's seed. Now, James chapter 2:10-12 speaks of if you commit adultry but not kill you are guilty of the whole law, therefore since James is speaking of the ten commandments, would that not mean we should still be keeping the sabbath?

Also in exodus 31:48-49

speaks that if you are a stranger in the land and you soujoner in the land, meaning to become apart of the tribe, you are subject to the whole law.

Therefore would it be safe to assume that if we belong to christ we are part of the promise?
Gal. 2:3
I believe is the verse Im looking for where Paul mentions that we are one in Christ and according to the promise.

Therefore If we are one in christ are we not all subject to the law?

Matthew 7:21 Jesus came not to destroy the law but fulfill, so Jesus didn't come to destroy the law, Jesus observed the sabbath, of course he did gather food, but he still kept it holy.

Paul in Acts 17 forget the verse please excuse me, this is a spur of the moment debate on my laptop at starbucks, without my bible, but I think Im on track.

Paul is in east asia and he is speaking to the jews on sabbath, the gentiles ask him if they can have him speak with them, Paul says I will meet you on the sabbath, now if Paul wanted to change the law, making sabbath day holy not valid to the gentiles he would have told them to meet tommorrow, but he doesn't he meets the following sabbath.

What do you guys think, if someone can show me anywhere in the bible that gives sunday as biblical authority for worship I'd like to know.

Now 2cor.2:16 speaks of traditions regarding the sabbath, we cannot condemn others because they start with worship not with ten commandment speaking, as long as they are keeping it holy.

Quite the iconoclast, Chris! Does Talbot observe a seventh-day Sabbath?

Why does it matter on what day you worship? Does God have a calendar keeping track of when people worship him on certain days and on which they don't? I think things like time, days of the week, and "holidays" are important to us, but irrelevent to God (if there is a god).

I realize you're looking for Biblical sources here, I cannot give you those because it does not matter to me on what day you worship, or anyone else for that matter. If they want to worship on Thursday night, I see nothing wrong with that.

Some would say that it mattered greatly God of Exodus, and I would expect you to be sentitive to that consideration. Others would say that history matters, and that he shift from worshipping on the Sabbath to worshippng on the "Lord's Day" was part of an early process of distinguishing nascent Christianity from the so-called Judaizers. In either case, it's hardly a worthless question.

we should worship Him all the time but Shabbat is a special day when we are to cease all creative work "for it was in 6 days that He formed the heavens and the earth and all it contained and on the 7th day He rested" (ooo i remembered that from Kiddush ) It is during this time that the Shechinah is supposed to come down, adding sanctification to the day. It is, if i remember correctly, the holiest of holidays whose laws trump all others (except Yom Kippur i think...for Yom Kippur on Shabbat the rules are a little weird i think i can't remember)
now of course i saw we...i mean jews not everybody....sanctification of Shabbat isn't in the Noahide Code

then why would HaShem specifiy when the high holidays are to take place and command jews to observe them as an eternal covenant if they were irrelevent?

I thank you all for your replies but doesn't it say in the Old Covenant, that those who'd observe the shabbat is a promise to His people, a way of showing that they are His chosen people. Now through Christ we also have become apart of that promise, and must live according to the law.

For what is the world without law?

Chaos
Compromising
Death
