In the same way that Muslims also believe in Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Salih and Hud.

Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things." I hope you guys can explain this thanks

We fully accept that verse....

regarding the term Seal of the Prophets we understand that Mohammed was the final prophet in the age of prophecy, we have now entered the age of fulfillment.
