I've heard some mixed things about this. A lot of people I know swear by it and exclaim how absolutely wonderful and environmentally friendly it is. One of my old vets (back in an area I used to live) once told me that it's not as natural as it claims to be, and causes respiratory problems in cats. Does anyone know anything about this?

And, the thing is, dust from clay litter isn't good for cats. That's the only litter that I have ever heard of causing respiratory problems in kitties.
