As a muslim, I find Faisal' point of view totally correct, for we muslims are "ideally" supposed to co-exist with other religions followers peacfuly.

However, as kai was pointing out, this wasn't happening in an ideal way, but I believe this is not a "belief" issue, it's more about the "believers".

Apparently, many muslims/christians/jews never persued their religions in the way God wanted. And all the wars, fights, non-peace came by accordingly.

I think talking out the basics of our beliefs would make it easier for us to co-exist.

Our problem has always been that we follow the same track ppl before us used to follow, and we never re-think about the basics. It has become a basic paradigm in the muslim world that we hate jews, and same applies for jews towards muslims. It's an inhereted tradition, and I believe re-thinking this (from both parties, muslims and jews) would make our lives become less of hell!

On a practical level I think Jews, Christian and Muslims can all get along on the local level through say Inter-faith organizations.. by recognizing common goals and sharing ideas..
