Here is my best advice that I can give. I'll start with a story.

A man named Andrei Bitov was taking the train on his way home. He lived in communist Russia and was going to Leningrad. Suddenly he was so overwhelmed with depression that life seemed to stop all at once. Then suddenly a thought just popped into his mind out of nowhere "Without God, life is meaningless"

Just so you know I always seek the consoling Consoler for help when I'm blue. I always feel better after reading the Bible or True Life in God.

I have read with interest, I am looking back to fiding myself after being out in the wilds for so many years. One Idea I did was when matters both within and around came to a boiling point, I would travel to new surroundings and where no body knew me and there I was able to work out a solution to my problems. After a few days I would come back at least with some plan of action.

Another idea and with a piece of paper and pencil start writing anything that comes to mind anything that comes to thoughts just write and then see what is written, something like brain storming.

I am not a doctor,though from the experience of my in my family life meds should be the last thing is needed.

Look to the God Consciousness for inspiration and you will find your answers.

"The Road Less Travelled" by M. Scott Peck changed my life, or at least put me on the right track. Highly recommend it.
